Managing Interview Schedules

To organize and oversee interview schedules, users should navigate to the “Interview Schedule” section in UniTaskerPro, accessible from the sidebar.

Adding New Interview Schedules

Click on the new interview schedule button to begin the process of scheduling a new interview. A detailed form will appear, asking for specific information to properly organize the interview.

To effectively schedule an interview, the following details must be provided in the form:

  • Job: Select the job position related to the interview.
  • Candidate: Choose the candidate who will be interviewed.
  • Interviewer: Assign the interviewer or panel responsible for conducting the interview.
  • Round: Specify the current round of the interview process this interview belongs to.
  • Interview Type: Define the format of the interview (e.g., in-person, phone, video call).
  • Start On: Set the date on which the interview is scheduled to take place.
  • Start Time: Determine the specific time the interview will begin.
  • Comment for Interviewer: Add any notes or comments that would be useful for the interviewer to know in advance.
  • Notify Candidate: Include a message or comment for the candidate, typically used to convey details about the interview or preparation instructions.
  • Send Reminder: You can choose to send a reminder notification to the interviewer and/or candidate to ensure punctuality and preparedness.

Saving the Interview Schedule

After filling out all necessary information, save the interview schedule. This action adds the interview to the system, where it can be viewed in either a list format or a calendar view, depending on the user’s preference.

Viewing and Managing Interview Schedules

The Interview Schedule section not only allows for the addition of new interviews but also provides a comprehensive overview of all scheduled interviews. Users can:

  • View Schedules: Both list and calendar views are available for reviewing upcoming and past interviews, making it easier to manage time and resources.
  • Edit or Update Schedules: Adjustments can be made to the interview details if changes occur, ensuring that all participants are informed and prepared.
  • Send Reminders: Automated reminders help reduce no-shows and confirm the availability of both the interviewers and candidates.

Multitasking Action Button:

Positioned suitably alongside each interview schedule entry, the multitasking action button provides users with a comprehensive set of options to manage interview schedules efficiently.

  • View: Allows users to access detailed information regarding the scheduled interview, including candidate details, job position, and interview specifics.
  • Edit: Enables users to make modifications to the interview schedule, such as updating interview times, locations, or participant details.
  • Delete: Provides users with the ability to remove the scheduled interview from the system, in case of cancellations .
  • Accept Interview: Allows users to confirm their acceptance of the scheduled interview, indicating readiness for the upcoming appointment.
  • Reject Interview: Provides users with the option to decline the scheduled interview, along with the ability to provide reasons for rejection.
  • Reschedule Interview: Enables users to propose alternative dates or times for the interview, facilitating seamless rescheduling when necessary.


Users are empowered with the capability to export application data, facilitating comprehensive analysis and efficient record-keeping processes.The system offers export functionalities with formats such as CSV (Comma-Separated Values) or PDF, providing users with diverse options for sharing and archival purposes.

Visual Organization:

The system provides two distinct views, namely table and calendar, to visually organize interview schedules and facilitate efficient workflow management.

  • Table View: Structured tabular format presenting key attributes of interview schedules. Users can leverage sorting and filtering functionalities to prioritize and focus on specific criteria.
  • Calendar View: Organizes interview schedules sequential, offering a clear temporal perspective. Each scheduled interview is represented as an event on the calendar, enabling users to visualize the distribution of interviews over time and effectively plan their workflow.

The ability to manage interview schedules effectively is crucial for a streamlined recruitment process. It ensures that both candidates and hiring teams are well-prepared, contributing to a more efficient and productive interview experience.
