From the Letter section in the sidebar, select the “Template” option. This will lead you to a page where you can manage letter templates.
Adding a New Template:
To add a new template, click on the “Add Template” button. This opens a form where you can define the template.In the form, you are required to input:
Title: Provide a title for the template, which helps in identifying it for future use.
Description: Enter a detailed description or the content of the template that will be used for creating letters.
After inputting the title and description, save the template to add it to your list of available templates.
2.Managing Templates: Once a template is saved, it will appear in your list of saved templates. Each template is accompanied by action buttons that allow you to:
View: Open and review the details of the template.
Edit: Make modifications to the template’s title, description, or content.
Delete: Remove the template from your list if it is no longer needed.
